RTL Klub is the largest Hungarian private television broadcaster . The current largest owner is 80 percent of the RTL Group .
The station is broadcast on the Astra 1KR , Intelsat 10-02 and Amos 2 satellites via the pay-TV packages from T-Home , UPC Direct , RCS DigiTV and Boom . It is the market leader among 18- to 49-year-olds and achieved a market share of 24.9 percent in prime time in 2012 . The program consists of RTL's own productions such as Alarm für Cobra 11 - Die Autobahnpolizei or Medicopter 117 - Every life counts and US series such as The Mentalist , Grey's Anatomy or Bones - The Bone Hunter , but there are also many Hungarian productions, such as the Soap opera Barátok közt (Between Friends) , the pseudo-docu-soap Éjjel-nappal Budapest (Budapest - day and night) from the format of the German series Berlin - Day & Night or the reality show Celeb vagyok… ments ki inside! , as the Hungarian version of I'm a Star - Get Me Out of Here!
