Radio Bremen crime prize
The Radio-Bremen-Krimipreis is a German literary award for authors of qualitatively outstanding works of crime literature .
The prize has existed since 2001. It has been awarded annually since then as part of the Radio Bremen Crime Night. It is endowed with 2,500 euros. This makes it one of the best-endowed crime prizes in Germany. Readings, music and interviews with national and international crime writers characterize the Radio Bremen crime night. The Radio Bremen Crime Prize honors German-speaking and international authors. The jury is reassembled every year from crime literature professionals. The sponsor is the ARD state broadcaster Radio Bremen .
