Radio Chiemgau was a private local station based in Traunstein , which broadcast in the Chiemgau area . The radio station was designed for the target group 30-49 years and thus reached up to 10,000 listeners per hour. On January 1, 2009, the broadcaster and Untersberg formed a live program called Bayernwelle SüdOst . The plans for this were approved by the BLM Media Council on October 9, 2008.
