Radlach is a village and a cadastral municipality in the Steinfeld municipality in the Spittal an der Drau district in Carinthia .

The place is located in the Upper Drautal and south of the Kreuzeck group .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 90 building areas with 22,180 m² and 77 gardens on 67,396 m² in the cadastral community Radlach , in 1989/1990 there were 89 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had increased to 202 and in 2009/2010 there were 143 buildings on 284 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture and forestry. 151 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 187 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 150 hectares and 193 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 138 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 199 hectares. The average soil climate number of Radlach is 33.5 (as of 2010).
