Rafael Valls Ferri (born June 25, 1987 in Cocentaina ) is a Spanish road cyclist.

Athletic career

Rafael Valls drove as a trainee for the Spanish team Relax-GAM in 2007 and in 2008 he drove for the ProTeam Scott-American Beef . In the course of 2008 he won the Circuito Guadiana and a stage in the Vuelta a Palencia. In 2009 he finished fourth at the Circuito Montañés and tenth at the Tour de l'Avenir . In 2010 he won a stage in the Tour de San Luis and was third overall. In 2015 he won the overall ranking of the Tour of Oman . In 2019 he won the one-day race Prueba Villafranca de Ordizia .

Up to and including 2018, Valls had started nine major country tours . He achieved his best placement in 2012 at the Tour de France with a 41st place.
