Act

Raimund Ochabauer was one of the most famous clergy in Styria, primarily because of his open dealings with the Styrian media, but above all with television. Due to his resemblance to the French comedian Fernandel , who played Don Camillo in the films of the same name, Ochabauer also received the nickname Don Camillo . The people's pastor , as he was often called, was also often active as an amateur actor, and appeared on popular theater stages . His two-hour conversation with Thomas Gottschalk - in Latin - will not be forgotten .

He was also happy to make his parish church in Pöllau available to artists and singers for their performances. In August 2001 he married Sonja and Gerry Friedle ( DJ Ötzi ) in his home church in Pöllau .
