Rainer Bieleke

Rainer Bieleke (born December 23, 1954 in Dresden ) is a former German soccer player who played between 1975 and 1976 for Dynamo Dresden and Stahl Riesa in the GDR Oberliga , the top division in GDR soccer . He played several international matches for the GDR youth teams.

Athletic career

As a player for Dynamo Dresden, Rainer Bieleke was a member of the GDR junior national team in 1972 and 1973 . He played six international matches with her and scored two goals. In the men's division, Bieleke first played in the 2nd team of Dynamo Dresden from 1972. In this team, playing in the second-class GDR league , Bieleke was used until the first half of the 1975/76 season and completed a total of 63 point games in which he scored 30 goals. In the league he only played once for Dynamo Dresden. In the encounter on the 16th match day of the 1974/75 season Dynamo - Wismut Aue (5-0) he was substituted in for the half-right striker Frank Ganzera in the 76th minute . In May 1975 he played an international match with the GDR youth team .

In January 1976 Bieleke was given to the neighboring league club Stahl Riesa . There he was first used on the 15th and 16th matchday in the league team as a half right striker, but then had to play with the 2nd team in the GDR league. There he was used nine times (3 goals). On the 23rd matchday of the league, Bieleke was substituted there again for 25 minutes.

In the summer of 1976 Bieleke moved to the relegated league Energie Cottbus . There he played in the GDR league until April 1978 and played 32 point games in which he scored nine goals. He also came to four appearances in the FDGB Cup in which he scored a goal. From May 1978 to October 1979 he was drafted for military service.

After Bieleke was released from the NVA , he joined the GDR league team Kali Werra Tiefenort in November 1979 . By the 1981/82 season he played only 20 games of the 58 point games played during this period and scored six goals. Bieleke was absent from the published list of players for the 1982/83 season without giving any reason. Even later, Rainer Bieleke no longer appeared in higher-class football.
