Rajgangpur (also Rajagangapur ) is a city in the east Indian state of Odisha .
Rajgangpur is located 25 km west of Rourkela in the Sundargarh district . The Odisha trunk road 10 (Rourkela - Sundargarh ) runs through the city. Rajgangpur is on the Jharsuguda –Rourkela railway line .
The city has the status of a municipality and is divided into 20 wards . At the 2011 census, Rajgangpur had 51,362 residents.
