Ralf Mairose

Ralf May rose (* 21st June 1940 in Hamburg , † 11. June 2001 ) was a Hamburg politician of the CDU and former member of the Hamburg Parliament .

Life and politics

Mairose was a qualified economist . He worked as an academic senior counselor .

From 1966 to 1968 he was chairman of the CDU local association in Alsterdorf . From 1974 to 1997 he was a member of the Hamburg parliament for the CDU. There he was for the CDU parliamentary group, among other things, in the committee for assets and public companies and in the budget committee. He was also the group's financial policy spokesman. He was chairman of the former CDU district association Alstertal .

In June 2001, Mairose suffered a stroke in his car, from which he died a little later.
