symbolism

In the style of Remembrance Day , which in Anglo-Saxon countries is represented by a stylized poppy blossom, as a reference to the dead of World War I in the poppy fields of Flanders ( Remembrance Day or Poppy Day ), November 11 in Serbia is marked with a plaque the image of the Nathalia rock plate on a ribbon in the colors of the Albanian medal. This is due to the occurrence of the Nathalia rock plate on the Kajmakčalan summit, which formed a strategic point on the Saloniki front during the occupation of the then Kingdom of Serbia and on which the return of the Serbian soldiers to the of the 1916 in a bloody battle Central Powers occupied territory.
