Raymond Devos
Raymond Devos (born November 9, 1922 in Mouscron , Belgium , † June 15, 2006 in Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse , Yvelines department , France ) was a Franco-Belgian comedian, comedian and clown .
Devos was best known for his wordplay on television appearances and for his surreal humor. Devos rose to star in the French audience. He achieved his first successes in the 1950s.
He was accepted into the Legion of Honor and received the " Grand Prix du Théâtre " of the Académie française .
