Rebecca Rorabaugh (born June 29, 1989 in Fairbanks ) is an American cross-country skier .

Career

Since 2007 Rorabaugh has mainly participated in competitions of the US Super Tour and the Nor-am-Cup. She has won five so far and finished fifth in the 2015/16 season , fourth in the 2013/14 season and third in the 2014/15 season in the overall ranking of the US Super Tour (as of the end of the 2017/18 season) . At the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships in 2009 , she achieved 51st place in the skiathlon . In the following year she came in the U23 world championships in Hinterzarten on the 31st place in the skiathlon, on the 24th place over 10 km classic and on the 18th place in the sprint. She made her debut in the Cross Country World Cup in February 2010 in Canmore , which she finished in 55th place over 10 km freestyle. At the U23 World Championships in 2011 in Otepää , she achieved 29th place over 10 km freestyle and 26th place in skiathlon and at the U23 World Championships 2012 in Erzurum, 30th place in sprint, 29th place over 10 km classic and 19th place in the skiathlon. In December 2012 in Québec she got her first and so far only World Cup points with the 24th place in the sprint. In January 2014, she became US American champion over 10 km in Soldier Hollow . In the 2016/17 season she came in 54th place at the World Cup final in Québec .
