The wineries on Red Mountain are well ventilated. light soils and deep-rooted vines are marked. With only 6 in (152.4 mm) to 8 in (203.2 mm) annual precipitation, the cultivated areas have to be watered, which on the other hand allows the growth to be controlled and the wine to be brought to the resting phase in good time before winter .
