Red Tape (Engl. For red tape , so exaggerated or nonsensical bureaucracy) is a hardcore punk band from Sacramento , California. Her debut High Revoltage was released on the Californian independent label New Age Records , the second album was released in 2004 on Roadrunner Records and is called Radioactivist .

The band also recorded an EP on their own, Constructivism .

In terms of style, Red Tape mainly combines influences from hardcore punk and metal , from Bad Brains to Refused to Iron Maiden . On tour the band played with groups such as Snapcase , Will Haven , Death by Stereo , Bleeding Through and Tsunami Bomb .

Singer Jeff Jaworski is Will Haven's new singer after Grady Avenell left .
