Reddebeitz is a district of the city of Lüchow (Wendland) in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district in Lower Saxony .
Reddebeitz is located southeast of the city of Lüchow, surrounded by the towns of Saaße , Bösel , Woltersdorf and Loge . The agricultural Reddebeitz is a Rundlingdorf , which mainly consists of farms with their residential and farm buildings . To the west of the village, federal highway 248 runs towards Lüchow and Salzwedel .
The place name is evidence of a Slavic settlement. Today the village has about 39 inhabitants.
Three architectural monuments are classified in the place and are thus on the list of architectural monuments in Lüchow (Wendland) . The village has a courtyard with a four-column hall house from 1845, another four-column hall house from 1828 and a Göpelhaus with an octagonal floor plan and a cantilevered roof structure.
The “Irish Farm Festival Reddebeitz” takes place annually in Reddebeitz.
