Seerau in der Lucie is a district of the city of Lüchow (Wendland) in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district in Lower Saxony . The place is three kilometers north of the core area of Lüchow and two kilometers south of the nature reserve Die Lucie .
Seerau in the Lucie belongs to Bröcking (also Bröckling or Bröking ), a small landscape in the Hanoverian Wendland .
history
On July 1, 1972, Seerau was incorporated into the Lucie in the district town of Lüchow.
Architectural monuments
The following are listed as architectural monuments (see list of architectural monuments in Lüchow (Wendland) ):
- two residential and farm buildings - a three - column house built in 1800 , which is the oldest building in the town, and a four-column house built in 1875 (No. 4 and No. 8)
- a courtyard with original development (No. 8)
- a former dance hall , unusually large for a small village , located in a building made of plastered brickwork (No. 36)
