The Redwillow River is a left tributary of the Wapiti River in the Canadian provinces of Alberta and British Columbia .

The Redwillow River has its origin in Stony Lake in the foothills of the Canadian Rocky Mountains in northeast British Columbia. It flows in an easterly direction through the Pouce Coupe Prairie in the south of the Peace River Country to Alberta. In its further course, the Redwillow River begins to meander . About 4 kilometers above the confluence with the Wapiti River, the most important tributary, the Beaverlodge River , meets the Redwillow River on the left when coming from the north. The Redwillow River has a length of about 100 km. Its catchment area is approximately 3,300 km², half of which is contributed by the Beaverlodge River.
