It is located in the northern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt in a corner at the intersection of Augustinern and Reichenstrasse. The building is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential building. The building, which is also listed, is adjacent to Reichenstrasse 35 to the north .
Architecture and history
The three-story massive building was built in the late 19th century and has largely been preserved in its original appearance. The building, made of light clinker bricks, is decorated with historicizing elements such as neo-Gothic friezes and a gable in the Renaissance style. The facade is structured by means of colored stones. Initially the building was used as an inn.
