The Villa Reichsstraße 28 is a listed building in Herne-Eickel . The monument , located not far from the Volksgarten on the west side of Reichsstrasse, was created in 1927 based on a design by the architects Ferdinand Revermann and Otto Greiß for the client Ferdinand Wulf .

description

The three- storey clinker brick building with three by three axes , which was required by the Bauhaus , still had lattice windows in the mid-1980s , which were discontinued in the course of modernization. The block-like arrangement of the staircase leads to a vertical emphasis on the building right, the individual floors are divided horizontally by wide bands . The top floor was created in 1931 by building over the original roof terrace , with a flat roof above it .

The entry of the building at Reichsstrasse 28 in the list of monuments of the city of Herne took place on November 23, 2000 (monument no. A 647). In addition to the house itself, the roadside property fence enjoys special protection .
