Reiner Frieske

Reiner Frieske (born October 11, 1940 in Lommatzsch ) is a former German handball goalkeeper .

The 1.84 meter tall Frieske played at ASK Vorwärts Berlin and after moving to Frankfurt / Oder at ASK Vorwärts Frankfurt . With his team he was GDR champion in 1964.

The goalkeeper played in the national handball team of the German Democratic Republic (GDR) . He was in the squad of the German handball association of the GDR at the World Cup (WM) 1964 , the World Cup 1967 , the World Cup 1970 (2nd place) and the 1972 Olympics .
