Reinhold Heinicke

Reinhold Heinicke (born December 21, 1925 in Lindenthal / Saxony ) is a former German functionary of the GDR block party LDPD . For three decades he was chairman of the Erfurt district council of the LDPD.

Life

Heinicke attended high school. He joined the NSDAP on April 20, 1943 . He was later called up as a soldier for military service.

After the war ended, Heinicke joined the Liberal Democratic Party of Germany (LDP, later LDPD) in 1945. In 1946 he began to study law and in 1950 took the legal traineeship. In 1951 Heinicke became a city councilor and deputy mayor of Markranstädt . From 1954 to 1955 he studied at the German Administration Academy in Forst Zinna with a degree in economics .

Between 1953 and 1957 Heinicke headed the instructor department of the LDPD central board and was deputy director of the central party school of the LDPD. From 1957 and 1959 he was a research assistant at the University of Internal Trade.

In 1959 he was appointed chairman of the Erfurt district association of the LDPD. From 1960 to 1990 he was also a member of the central board of the LDPD and from 1963 to 1967 and again from 1977 to 1990 he was also a member of the political committee of the central board of the LDPD.

Heinicke was a member of the Erfurt District Assembly from 1959 to 1989 and a successor to the People's Chamber from 1963 to 1967 .

On March 31, 1966 Heinicke took along with the Erfurt LDPD officials Gerhard Kalmring and Joachim Radecker in the English Church in Bad Homburg in an all-German panel discussion with Deputy FDP chairman Wolfgang Mischnick and his party colleagues Klausenhorn and Gottfried Voitel part .
