Renate Spingler

Renate Spingler (* before 1983 in Kempten ) is a German opera singer ( mezzo-soprano ). It has been part of the Hamburg State Opera since 1986 .

Life

Renate Spingler studied singing at the Munich University of Music and graduated in 1983 with a diploma. She then studied in the master class of reri grist . Subsequently, Rolf Liebermann engaged Renate Spingler for the International Summer Academy Mozarteum Salzburg and then at the Hamburg State Opera , to whose permanent ensemble she has been part since 1986. In 2005/2006 Renate Spingler taught singing for two semesters at the Rostock University of Music .

Her repertoire includes a. the Countess from Wildschütz , Donna Elvira from Don Giovanni , Dorabella from Così fan tutte , Suzuki from Madama Butterfly , Herodias from Salome , Adelaide from Arabella , Flora from La Traviata , Larina from Eugene Onegin and Flosshilde out of the ring . As a mezzo-soprano, she appears in a number of trouser roles , including Cherubino from Figaro's Wedding , Hansel from Hansel and Gretel , Prince Orlofsky from Bat and Octavian from Rosenkavalier .
