Renate Stille (born October 22, 1944 in Rio de Janeiro ) is a Brazilian diplomat .

Life

Renate Stille is the daughter of Wilhelmine Stille and Martin Günther Stille. In 1967 she graduated from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro with a degree in humanities . In 1969 she graduated from the CPCD of the Rio Branco Institute and on March 12, 1971 she was appointed Secretary of the Third Class in the Central America Department. In 1972 she was employed in the print shop of the government cabinet. In 1973 she studied economics at the University of Brasília . On December 18, 1975, she was promoted to second class legation secretary in recognition of her achievements. In 1976 she became the first-class delegation secretary in Paris, supervising the Brazilian pavilion at the international saddlery and leather goods week. In 1978 she completed the Curso de Aperfeiçoamento de Diplomatas of the Rio Branco Institute . In 1979 she was first class diplomatic secretary at the Associação Latino-Americana de Livre Comércio in Montevideo . In 1980 she was accepted into the Legion of Honor . In 1982 she became deputy head of the Associação Latino-Americana de Livre Comércio department . In 1984 she was buried in the economic department, commissioner for the Latin American integration association . In 1986 she was the first-class delegation secretary in Geneva, and headed the delegation to the second and third session of the Committee of Experts on the Harmonization of Legislation on Investment Protection and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development on Renewable Energy. From 1987 to 1989 she headed the delegation to the World Intellectual Property Organization . On June 30, 1989, she was promoted to Legation Counselor. In 1991 she was a delegate in Algiers . In 1993 she wrote the study O Fundamentalismo Islâmico e Instabilidade Política na Argélia as part of the Curso de Altos Estudos and coordinated the policy of the State Secretary for Economic Integration. In 1994 she headed the science and technology department. On June 17, 1997, she was promoted to Second Treasury envoy and headed the Brazilian delegation to the Commission with Spain on Science and Technology. In 2000 she was envoy in Oslo . From July 19, 2006 to April 7, 2009 she was ambassador to Yerevan . From April 7, 2009 to May 14, 2012 she was Ambassador to Wellington . On May 14, 2012, she was appointed ambassador to Amman .
