The concept car is powered by a 2.0-liter dCi turbo diesel with 177 hp (130 kW). Due to the adaptation of the aerodynamics , the Altica should consume 5.3 liters of diesel per 100 km. The car has a manual six-speed gearbox and a particulate filter .

Equipment

Visually, the LEDs arranged in a wreath in the headlights as well as the wing doors and the mosaic windows in the C-pillar are particularly striking .

The instruments for the driver can be displayed in two different versions. In the Comfort level , the driver can read the driving speed on the digital speedometer and the speed limit on the outer edge. If the recommended speed is exceeded, the digits turn red and an acoustic signal sounds. In the sport level , the speedometer shows the speed and engine speed as well as the boost pressure.

The Active Synthetic Jet System alternately directs different air flows through a two millimeter wide slot. At 130 km / h, the air resistance is reduced by 15 percent, which helps to save fuel, with the control of the mechanics only requiring ten watts of power.

The two rear seats of the four individual seats can be folded completely into the vehicle floor, which increases the load capacity. The pedals and the instrument panel are electrically adjustable.
