Renzo Revoredo Zuazo (born May 11, 1986 in Lima ) is a Peruvian football player who acts on the position of defender and midfielder .
Career
Club career
Renzo Revoredo began his professional career in 2003 as a footballer for the Peruvian first division club Sporting Cristal . He made his league debut on the seventh match day of the 2013/14 season on April 11, 2004 against Deportivo Wanka . At that point he was only 17 years old but played the entire game, which ended in a 1-1 draw. Revoredo played for Sporting Cristal for almost a year and a half and had seven appearances during that time. In 2004, Revoredo finally moved within the first division to Coronel Bolognesi FC , where he played for a total of four years and in that time played 138 games for the team, scoring five goals. After his time at Coronel Bolognesi, Revoredo moved to Universitario de Deportes in 2009 . With this team he became Peruvian champion in the same year. Overall, he played 59 games for the club in three years, scoring three goals. In 2011 Revoredo was awarded to his former club Sporting Cristal for almost a year, for which he again completed 12 games. After his return to Universitario he was loaned out directly, this time to Club Olimpia in the Paraguayan first division . Here he played 19 games, but remained without a goal. After the loan period ended, Universitario and Revoredo split and the latter moved to the Ecuadorian club Barcelona SC Guayaquil in the first division , where he played only two games in 2012. After spending almost a year here, Revoredo switched back to Sporting Cristal in 2013, for whom he has played since then. His club has already used him in 130 games from 2013 to November 25, 2016 and Revoredo scored 13 goals in 7 of these games. In late 2015 there were rumors that Revoredo was leaving the club.
National team
In 2009 Revoredo was appointed to the Peruvian national team due to his performance in the league . With this Revoredo took part in the 2011 Copa America in Argentina .
