The Rhein-Gymnasium Sinzig (short RGS ) is a modern language, general education high school in northern Rhineland-Palatinate . It is sponsored by the Ahrweiler district and leads to the Abitur in nine years (grades 5 to 13) and to the secondary school leaving certificate in six years (grades 5 to 10) .
Musical offer
The Rhein-Gymnasium Sinzig offers additional music education with choirs, string classes and an orchestra . The orchestra has wood and brass players as well as more than 40 strings and performs twice a year with a public concert. In cooperation with the music school in the Ahrweiler district , lessons in recorder , flute and oboe are offered.
