Richard "Rich" Olen Sommer II (born February 2, 1978 in Toledo , Ohio ) is an American actor . He was best known for his role as Harry Crane in the television series Mad Men .

Life

His first major role had summer 2006 as Anne Hathaway's friend Doug in The Devil Wears Prada . From 2007 to 2015, Sommer was part of the ensemble of the multi-award-winning television series Mad Men .

In 2012 he made his Broadway debut as Elwood P. Dowd in the comedy Harvey .

In the video game Firewatch , he voiced the character of Henry .

Sommer lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children .
