In the Dark is an American television series that was first released on April 4, 2019 on The CW . It was first published in German on March 5, 2020 at Joyn Plus + .
In April 2019, the series was extended by a second season, which is to be broadcast from May 28, 2020. Even before this season was broadcast, the series was extended by a third season in January 2020.

Murphy Mason is the only witness during the murder of her friend and drug dealer Tyson Parker. However, as she is blind, has been drunk and no body has been found, the police do not believe her story. Therefore, she is investigating on her own. She is supported by friends.
