Paul Sedlmeir (* 1981 in Starnberg ) is a German actor and voice actor . He belongs to the Hörbiger family . He became famous for his role in the ARD - TV series Hubert and Staller .

Life

Paul Sedlmeir is the great-grandson of the actor Paul Hörbiger on his mother's side . His mother, Manuela Sedlmeir (née Tramitz), is the sister of the actor Christian Tramitz . His sister Maresa Sedlmeir also works as a voice actress.

In addition, his grandparents are the film producer Rudolf Tramitz and his wife Monica, née Hörbiger.

Paul Sedlmeir turned to dubbing at an early age. It wasn't until a little while later that he started acting. In the beginning he had small appearances in TV series and short films, but since 2011 he has played with his uncle Christian Tramitz in the ARD series Hubert without Staller (initially cheerful to fatal: Hubert and Staller, until 2018: Hubert and Staller ). He embodies the police chief Martin Riedl . In the Puzzle Games episode , he was not only an actor, but also a unit manager. Paul Sedlmeir is also active in the theater.
