Richard Bank
Richard Bank (born January 28, 1867 in Friedeberg (Neumark) , † April 26, 1934 in Berlin ) was a German administrative lawyer.
Life
Bank, son of a judiciary, studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg . In 1886 he was reciprocated in the Corps Rhenania Heidelberg . After the second state examination he was an assessor in Stettin and Bromberg . From 1900 to 1912 he was district administrator in Niederung district . Then he was in Königsberg i. Pr. Short-term government councilor. In 1906 he received the Order of the Red Eagle, 4th class . In 1913 he became a secret finance councilor in the Prussian Ministry of Finance. He took part in the First World War as a volunteer and came as a cavalry master to western and eastern theaters of war. In 1917 he was ordered back to the Prussian Ministry of Finance. He worked there until the beginning of his retirement in 1932, most recently as a secret chief finance advisor and ministerial advisor.
