Richard Brosi

Richard Brosi (born May 8, 1931 in Chur ; † April 11, 2009 in Zurich ) was a Swiss architect .

After graduating from the ETH in Zurich in 1958 and internships with Otto Glaus and Jakob Zweifel , he spent a year in Rotterdam in 1959. He then opened his own office and successfully took part in numerous competitions, especially school building in Graubünden . For example, he was able to build the schools in Averstal in 1965, those in Pany and Compatsch in 1968 and the school in Santa Maria in 1972 . Many of his works were created in collaboration with other architects, such as the buildings for the PTT in Chur with Richard Obrist . In 1994 he entered into a partnership with Kurt Gahler and Hermann Masson.
