Richard McMillan
Richard McMillan (born March 20, 1951 in Beaverton , Ontario , † February 19, 2017 in Toronto ) was a Canadian film and theater actor .
Richard McMillan worked as a film actor from 1980. In over 70 productions he was mostly seen in serious supporting roles, such as scientist, politician or police officer. At the same time he played in theater and musicals, for example in the Lion King as Scar and in The Lord of the Rings as Saruman or in Companions as Arthur Narracott .
He died of thyroid cancer at the age of 65 .
