Richard Preu

Richard Julius Preu , from 1907 by Preu , (born December 13, 1837 in Kirchheim unter Teck , † April 28, 1910 in Stuttgart ) was a German administrative officer.

Life

Richard Preu, son of a councilor, studied criminal science from 1858 to 1860 at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen . In 1858 he became a member of the Corps Franconia Tübingen . During his studies he did military service as a lieutenant in 1859. In 1860 and 1862 he passed the service exams. At the beginning of 1866 Preu became the definitive senior actuary of the Nürtingen upper office , in the autumn of the same year police commissioner of the city of Stuttgart, at the end of 1870 unskilled worker at the Stuttgart city office and in 1872 an official at the Oberamt Künzelsau and collegial assistant at the government of the Jagstkreis in Ellwangen . In 1876 he became the chief official of the Oberamts Aalen appointed. In 1881 he moved to the Oberamt Gmünd as senior bailiff . In 1889 he was awarded the title of Councilor. In 1894 he moved again to the Oberamt Tübingen . In 1906 he received the title of senior government councilor. In 1907 he was retired.
