Richard Remy
Richard Remy (* 1859 , † 1919 ) was a German mine director in Silesia.
Life
Remy studied at the Kaiser-Wilhelms-Universität and became active in the Corps Palatia Strasbourg in 1880 . He passed the trainee exam in 1883 and the mountain assessor exam in 1887 . Since 1890 mining inspector of the Heinitz mine , in 1892 he was appointed mining director and director of the Zabrze mining inspection . He had been Bergrat since 1896 and since 1898 General Director of the Silesian AG for mining and zinc smelting in Lipine . He died at the age of 60. From 1916 until his death he sat in the Senate of the Kaiser Wilhelm Society .
