Richard Richter (born November 9, 1965 in Czechoslovakia ) is a Czech ice hockey player who played for HC Litvínov in the first division in the early 1990s and has been under contract with EHC Mitterteich from the fifth-class Bavarian national league since 2004 .

Career

Richard Richter began his career in the youth teams of Dynamo Karlovy Vary before making his debut in the first division for Škoda Plzeň in the 1988/89 season . In the following years he played for HC Litvínov in the first division and for Dynamo Karlovy Vary in the third division of Czechoslovakia. Between 1993 and 1997 he was not active as an ice hockey player. In the 1997/98 season he went on the ice for the mosquitoes food in the then second division, the 1st division north . In 1998 he moved back to his home country for HC Becherovka Karlovy Vary, for whom he played in the Czech extra league. In the following two years he played for the SK Kadaň in the second-rate first division . In the 2000/01 season he was top scorer in the first division with 28 goals before he accepted a contract offer from the Dresdner Eislöwen . In the following three seasons he went on the ice for the ice lions in the ice hockey league and was always one of the best scorers on his team. Since 2004 he has been playing for the Bavarian national division EHC Mitterteich.
