Richard Ripley
Richard Nicholson Ripley (born June 23, 1901 in Ormesby , Middlesbrough , † July 1996 in Hartlepool ) was a British sprinter .
At the Olympic Games in Paris in 1924, he won bronze with the British team in the 4 x 400 meter relay .
In 1925 he became English champion over 440 yards .
