Ridolfo Ghirlandaio (born February 4, 1483 in Florence , † June 6, 1561 ibid) was an Italian painter of the Florentine school.

Ridolfo Ghirlandaio, son of Domenico Ghirlandaio , was initially a student of his father, then of his uncle Davide Bigordi Ghirlandaio and probably of Francesco Granacci . The maturity of his style, however, he only reached under the direction of Fra Bartolommeo , which was later influenced by Raphael , with whom he was friends.

Ridolfo Ghirlandaio died on June 6th, 1561 at the age of 78 in Florence.

In October 2019, a work was auctioned at the Vienna auction house Dorotheum, which, according to experts, could be a work begun by Raffael and completed by Ridolfo Ghirlandaio. The work "Madonna with Child" (Urbino 1483–1520 Rome) was auctioned for 1.6 million euros.
