The Rivière Aguanish (also Aguanus ) is a 257 km long river in the regional county town of Minganie of the administrative region Côte-Nord of the province of Québec in Canada .

The Rivière Aguanish has its origin north of the lake Lac Teuaikan . It flows through the Lac Teuaikan, then flows in a predominantly south-easterly direction, taking up the left tributary Rivière Aguanish Nord , then turns south and flows into the Saint Lawrence Gulf at Aguanish .
