The Rivière Du Gué is an important right tributary of the Rivière aux Mélèzes in the Canadian province of Québec .

The river has its origin about 100 km northeast of Lac à l'Eau Claire . From there it flows in a northeast direction over a distance of 150 km. Finally, it flows into the Rivière aux Mélèzes about 150 km southwest of Kuujjuaq . Thus the Rivière Du Gué belongs to the catchment area of the Ungava Bay . The Rivière Delay is the main tributary. This meets the river 60 km before the mouth of the Rivière Du Gué coming from the right.

The river was named after Pierre Dugué de Boisbriant (1675-1736), who took part in an expedition of Pierre Le Moyne d'Iberville to Hudson Bay in 1696 .
