The Rivière Falcoz is a right tributary of the Rivière George in the northeast of the Canadian province of Québec .

The Rivière Falcoz rises 3 km north of Lac Lomier in the northeast of the Labrador Peninsula on the provincial border with Newfoundland and Labrador . The river initially flows south. It flows on Lac Courdon west past the Lac Pilliamet which it flows. The Rivière Falcoz then turns to the southwest. Finally the river flows into Lac Slanting , a river widening of the Rivière George, 240 km south of Kuujjuaq .

The river was named after Mathieu Falcoz (1702–1763), a clergyman in Montreal .
