Rivière Nabisipi is a 158 km long river in the regional county town of Minganie of the Côte-Nord administrative region in the Canadian province of Québec .

It has its origin north of Lac Saumur at an altitude of 594  m . It flows through the Lac Saumur. It then flows in a south-southeast direction to the Gulf of St. Lawrence , into which it flows 9 km west of the municipality of Aguanish . Its catchment area covers 2062 km², its mean discharge is 64.7 m³ / s. To the east, its catchment area borders on that of the Rivière Aguanish .
