The Rivière Qikirtaluup Kuunga is a river in the northwest of the Labrador Peninsula in the Canadian province of Québec .

The Rivière Quikirtaluup Kuunga rises west of the lake Lac Chavigny . The river flows in a westerly direction through the Canadian Shield and flows into Hudson Bay after 97 km about 70 km southeast of Inukjuak . The catchment area covers 2370 km².
