The Rivière Quetachou is a river in the Côte-Nord administrative region of the Canadian province of Québec .

The Rivière Quetachou flows south of the Labrador Peninsula in a southerly direction through the regional county town of Minganie to the Gulf of Saint Lawrence . It flows through the lakes Lac de la Robe Noire , Lac Beaulieu , Lac Beetz , Lac Napoléon and Lac Bellanger .

It crosses Route 138 and finally flows 5 km east of Baie-Johan-Beetz across from Île Anticosti into Baie Quetachou , the estuary on the north coast of the Gulf of Saint Lawrence. The Rivière Quetachou has a length of 84 km. It drains an area of ​​1015 km². The mean discharge is 29 m³ / s.
