Rivière Roggan is a 193 km long river in the MRC Jamésie in the administrative region of North du Québec in the Canadian province of Québec .

Its catchment area covers 9583 km². The mean discharge is 128 m³ / s. The river has its origin in the lake Lac Amichikukamaskach north of the Réservoir Robert-Bourassa . From there it flows in a westerly direction, flowing through the lakes Lac Lorin , Lac Pamigamachi and Lac Roggan . Later it turns a short distance north and meets its main tributary, the Rivière Corbin . Finally, after another 25 km, which it continues in a westerly direction , it flows into the sea near the Hamlet Roggan River , 30 km southeast of the Pointe Louis-XIV headland, which delimits James Bay to the northeast . A long chain of hills with heights between 6 and 60 m extends south along the course of the Rivière Roggan.
