The Roßbach is a three and a half kilometers long right tributary of the Spießbach in the southern Palatinate .

The Roßbach rises at an altitude of 265 m above sea level. NN the Roßbrunnen in western Wasgau in the area of Dahn on the southwest slope of the Toteköpfel . It initially flows in a south-easterly direction between the Stolzenberg on its right and the Kleiner Dahlberg on the left through the species-rich Roßbrunnen valley . It then makes an arch and then flows around the Great Cover Mountain from the west , damming it in a series of small ponds . On the other side are the Breite- and the Spitze-Klippenberg. The Roßbach now flows southwards and finally flows northeast of Fischbach near Dahn at an altitude of 219 m above sea level. NN in the Spießbach .
