Robert Barth (lawyer)

Robert Barth (born September 29, 1886 in Rottweil ; † May 17, 1959 in Calw ) was a German lawyer.

Career

Barth studied law in Tübingen , where he became a member of the Igel University of Tübingen in the winter semester of 1904/05 . In 1919 Barth entered the state service in Württemberg, initially as an assistant judge, then in the internal administration. In 1923 he was promoted to government councilor. From 1929 to 1931 he was senior administrator in the Balingen district office and from 1931 to 1936 district administrator in the Reutlingen district .

From 1951 to 1953 he was President of the Administrative Court and the State Court of Württemberg-Hohenzollern .
