Robert Samuel Carson (born June 9, 1909 in Carman , Manitoba , Canada , † June 2, 1979 in Atascadero , California ) was a Canadian actor .

Life

Robert Samuel Carson is the son of Edward L. Carson and Elsa Carson and the older brother of Canadian actor Jack Carson . The family moved to Milwaukee , Wisconsin shortly after he was born . After Jack 1937 his feature film debut in Gregory La Cava stage door had given Robert debuted two years later as agent Scott in that of John English and William Witney staged crime film Dick Tracy's G-Men alongside Ralph Byrd and Jennifer Jones on the canvas.

Carson was seen in more than 180 film and television productions by 1979.

Carson died on June 2, 1979 of complications from a stroke .
