Robert Farle

Robert Farle (born February 16, 1950 in Bitz ) is a German politician ( DKP , AfD ). In the state elections in Saxony-Anhalt in 2016 , he won the direct mandate in the Saalekreis constituency and moved into the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt for the AfD . Since November 2016 he has been the parliamentary managing director of the AfD parliamentary group.

Life

From 1968 to 1974 Farle studied economics and business administration at the Ruhr University in Bochum . According to his own statements, he then worked commercially in various companies. After the reunification and peaceful revolution in the GDR , Farle went to Halle (Saale) and founded an economic and tax consulting company there in 1990 . From 1999 to 2004 Farle also completed a law degree at the Martin Luther University in Halle-Wittenberg . Since his clerkship Farle is a lawyer admitted. Farle is chairman of the sailing club Seeburg am Süßen See .

Until 1992 Robert Farle was active for 17 years in North Rhine-Westphalia with the German Communist Party (DKP) . Among other things, he was DKP chairman at the Ruhr University in Bochum and on the city ​​council in Gladbeck . In the 1980s Robert Farle was employed as a full-time functionary in the DKP district of Ruhr-Westphalia in Essen. As a traditionalist, he resolutely opposed the reform movement of the "renewers" in the DKP. In May 2015 he joined the Alternative for Germany party . In the state elections in Saxony-Anhalt in 2016 , he moved into the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt with 30.1 percent of the first votes as a direct candidate of his party in the constituency of Saalekreis (constituency 33) .
