Robert Janikulla (born March 12, 1986 ) is a German biathlete who is particularly successful as a summer biathlete in the cross-country style.

Robert Janikulla was initially a marksman. At the German youth championships in 2000 he won the silver medal with the multi-shot air pistol. The following year he won the title in both individual competitions and with the team.

Janikulla competed internationally in the winter only at the beginning of the 2006/07 season in the European Biathlon Cup . In 2008 he competed in the relay race alongside Christoph Knie , but with this he was only 16th and last due to a missing third competitor.

Janikulla started in the summer biathlon at the 2008 Summer Biathlon World Championships in Haute-Maurienne . There he took 15th place in the sprint and improved to 13th place in the pursuit. Nationally, he won alongside Paul Böttner and Matthias Albrecht with the representation Thuringia I with the small-bore rifle in the relay competition at the German Championships in the 2009 summer biathlon in Zinnwald the title.
