Robert Leroux (born August 22, 1967 in Casablanca , Morocco ) is a former French sword fencer .

Robert Leroux was with the team in 1994 in Athens champion and 1991 in Budapest , 1993 in Essen and 1995 in The Hague Vice World Champion. In the individual he won silver in The Hague in 1995 and bronze in Cape Town in 1997 . He took part in the Olympic Games twice: in 1992 in Barcelona he just missed winning a medal when he finished fourth with the team. At the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta , the French team prevailed after a semi-final defeat against Russia , in the battle for third place against Germany with 45:42, so that Leroux won the bronze medal together with Jean-Michel Henry and Éric Srecki . After a defeat in the third round against Kaido Kaaberma , he finished the individual competition in twelfth place.

In 2006 he married Valérie Barlois , who also won Olympic medals in epee fencing in 1996.
